Capture some color day and send its energy through you to others in a positive breath

Capture some color today and send its energy through you to others in a positive breath

It is good to believe in magical happenings because they keep you in a positive mode of life that transforms into colorful scenes of soft and gentle breaths.

As you breathe in the color pink and blue you can see that sunset lowering its rays to kiss the sky.
As you center yourself to know how important dreams are to your soul, you are thankful that you can dream in color; seeing the softness of yellows in the petals of flowers, hearing the flapping of the wings of that white and gray gull as it gently taps the lake, rippling the still water, lowering himself to sit for a moment.

Listening to nature

Fall brings on its colorful waves of energy

Fall brings on its colorful waves of energy

As I walk, I listen to the leaves dropping their crunchy ways as they tap me on the shoulder. Yesterday a brown and gold crunchy leaf dropped directly on the top of my head, staying there until I scraped it off. It made me smile thinking how funny I would look if I left it there. You hear the sounds if you carefully listen to the seasonal changes; the scattering of the leaves, the smells so soft like cinnamon and cloves.

Black and White and Shades of Gray

I believe in subtle shades of color that compliment each other

Be patient; look deeperand you will begin to see shades of more than black and white

Be patient; look deeper and you will begin to see shades of more than black and white

I believe in abstract ways using different patterns and shapes throughout my home to wake up the inner soul with colors. But there is something about those gray areas of life where you feel safer and warm because there is no color, just patterns of gray, white and black.

Where have I been? I was stuck

I want to un-stick myself from a stuck position to a Karmic flow of goodness and happiness in life’s path

Find your path and where it leads for you in this moment

Find your path and where it leads for you in this moment

I was stuck for quite awhile believing that I could manipulate my life to be where I want it to be, and it took up to this point in my travels to see that I have to let go of things for them to come back to me.

Just like a boomerang, Karmic happenings circle back and forth; good and bad are directed by your path and your attitude about yourself and others.

You can do it

Even when you feel down and out, you can do it, and you can do it well!

Do not give up on things; see things through in life’s adventures and challenges.

My dad used to tell me, ” Keep a stiff upper lip when it is hard to because you want to build strength.” Even in weak times I think of what dad said.

“Sometimes you have to buck up,”  I told my children in times of tears, sadness or distress, and they still giggle when they say it to each other  at family gatherings. But the stiff upper lip or the buck up sayings can help in troubled times. Be strong, be centered and never give up.
