Even weeds can be beautiful Even weeds can be beautiful

Healing waves of energy

As you go through some healing times remember that weeds can be beautiful. Those wild, stringy green and white weeds flow beautifully in front of you while walking your path for the day.

It is beauty on the outside that seems to capture most people but what about the inside of a loving and kind person who gives to you in many healing ways?

Do not overlook things in life that may give you much pleasure?

Hopeful and Healing Ways

Accepting changes in your life

It is easy to tell someone else to stay hopeful because if something bad is not happening to you, you may not be able to put yourself in the other person’s shoes, even when you really want to help.

Gardens can be beautiful. Plant a garden into your soul

It is easier to tell someone else that things will get better but remember that things may not get better for the person you are comforting. If you or someone else is grieving, it is a process which take time to get through, and the steps toward wellness are slow but purposeful. You need to get through things at your own pace.

Love you no matter what is next in life

Become a strong tree with many branches reaching out to your partner

You can take it slow; simmering your love life with some healthy and positive healing ways. Think for a moment about the last time you gave your partner a little gift. Some of us do not pamper our loved ones and we should.

If you have spoken the vows of marriage  are you keeping your vows?

You can do it

Even when you feel down and out, you can do it, and you can do it well!

Do not give up on things; see things through in life’s adventures and challenges.

My dad used to tell me, ” Keep a stiff upper lip when it is hard to because you want to build strength.” Even in weak times I think of what dad said.

“Sometimes you have to buck up,”  I told my children in times of tears, sadness or distress, and they still giggle when they say it to each other  at family gatherings. But the stiff upper lip or the buck up sayings can help in troubled times. Be strong, be centered and never give up.

What I do not know

What do you know about yourself?

Spirit is in the snowy trees, softly guiding you to learn about your inner soul. Giving you intuition, love and harmony

It is good to understand that there will always be things in your life that you do not know. You may gather some understanding of  concepts that guide you but you really do not know everything about life and you may need to stop the struggle.
