Find Your Center

Staying centered is where you know that everything is in alignment. You are straight and tall with a smile and purposeful gait as you walk with a clip.

Birds know all about being straight, centered, yet soft and flowing

And when you are off a bit, you know it because everything is slightly out of focus. a slanted look at things you may be doing or a imbalance that may stay with you for the entire day.
As you glide through life today, concentrate on how you would like to be.
Emotionally ready for those conversations that may bring on a tear.

All grown up but unable to learn that you have to be patient with life’s events. You do not have as much control as you think, and have to accept things that you do not want to.

Find a place to just be for a moment.

Find a place to just be for a moment.

Get up every morning and do something different

Change something about your usual routine to shake yourself up.

This positive flow of energy will be yours throughout the day because you did something different.

You started a brand new adventure in life with built in challenges to meet that can build your confidence; putting a flame underneath your feet. And you feel this energy moving throughout your body as you stand strong in a yoga asana called Tree.

Tree is flexible but strong; moving slightly like the swaying of branches that are guided by the breeze and stiff winds that circle your being.
