Moving slow and still

Moving slow and still

Move in and out of yourself; swaying gently like a cloud passing you by.
You know that place that brings you comfort and love.

Sometimes there are others in your life who bring you the same comforting embraces and sometimes there are not.
It is exactly as if you cast that ripple yourself as you watch the shiny, black, flat stone you just skillfully tossed into the lake casting your eyes toward it, watching it forever making those circling effect that never ends because we are all connected as one in some way like the waves of a soft ripple moving its way to a center in you mind where everything is soft and still. Everything is warm and inviting because you make it happen.

Beginning with you

Once again you begin

When you look at nature up close you know that everything is a meaningful event in your life

When you look at nature up close you know that everything is a meaningful event in your life

You begin by getting in touch with your soul; knowing  that  special place where everything centers and has a balance in your life; that is where you are right now.

You can feel spirit but you may ignore the deep feelings of loving ways. You say, “I am too busy to be still, quiet and soft. I just don’t have the time to begin each day in a meditative way.” But you know  that is where you should begin and today you will take that meditative walk in silence instead of rushing off.
You take that first slow, deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth; a noisy breath of life because you know very well that everything begins and ends with the breath of life.

Speaking truths

Letting go

Where is your path leading you today?

Where is your path leading you today?

I was in line today at the motor vehicle office when I overheard a man in front of me talking to the person behind him.

He was a rough sort of person with deep lines in his forehead and long hair that was turning gray. He was dressed casually in jeans, flannel brown shirt and leather boots with pointy toes. He looked like the typical biker to me with his Harley hat emblem on his cap.

What Really Matters

There will come a time when you realize what and who really matters in your life.

It is not about the things you have, or your career, it is about you and the people who are important to you.
Awaken and find where you want to be, and who you want to be with.

Watch what you think. Have some positive moments!

Watch your thoughts and then change them to more pleasant moments. You may ruminate on things that you cannot do anything about. When this happens, remember the Serenity Prayer:  God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.-  Reinhold Niebuhr, 1943

Doing things that you enjoy

Make your path through this life fun, before it is too late! You can do some of the things in life that you really want to do, if you begin to plan it right now!

Hurry Up and Live life to its fullest!

When we are young, we spend many hours trying to think on the things that we want to do with our lives.

We ponder on what we would like to do professionally, where we want to live, and if we want to have children. We may even try out different jobs with the hope that an entry level job in the field that we want will help us make decisions.
