There is much beauty in the world

Winter presents with bare trees but look deeply into its golden ways

Winter presents with bare trees but look deeply into its golden ways seeing hints of oranges and greens

You can walk outdoors and look at everything or go inside your mind to visualize colorful scenes of calmness, peace and harmony.
When you want some balance in life all you have to do is simmer up something inside of yourself that helps you with a stillness that you can find any time there is need.

Bliss in mounds of snow

Run into the bliss of things where you are happy, dancing and prancing like a deer excited about spring and enjoying the forest.

How do you feel?

Do you feel like making snow angels today?

Or have you had quite enough of the winter blissfulness?

What to do when all you can see is icy snow?

What to do when all you can see is icy snow?

It may be difficult to be blissful when there are mounds of ice-snow gathering about your life. The mounds of snow just keep piling up like large sand castles except you cannot knock them  down with your bare feet, and you do not feel anything except bone chilling breezes.

Playing in the bliss of life

Playing in the bliss of life

As you age you may begin to see that you do not have as much stamina as your earlier years and you have to push a little harder to stay in shape, sit up straight and move your body.

Self-improvements and your playful times
But don’t give up on self-improvements, especially those that keep you happy and alive. There are also playful things to do that bring out the young in heart.

Your playful moments

I remember bliss

As far back as I can remember I sat quietly listening to the sounds of silence

The color yellow is calming to me; my silent blissful color

The color yellow is calming to me; my silent blissful color

Whether it was silently looking at flowers as they softly swayed like music in the air, or the quietness and morning sparkle of the milky dew on the grass as I walked to my daily path.

Sometimes the silence was late as night while I lie awake, and sometimes it was just  silent sounds; the ones without voices that sing quietly and loudly as I walk through life.

Full of harmony

The most beautiful flowers have thorns

Flowers can be  beautiful to gaze at, especially in the spring when the flowering trees bloom with their sweet smelling scents.

The flowers that I picked today were soft and white with a yellow center, and their delicate blossoms were falling off so I had to carefully pick them.

And  these flower  had some thorns like a rose, that guarded their preciousness.

I was not surprised by their thorns because later on in the summer, they are the bushes that have dark purple berries that my grandchildren love to pick and eat. Those precious flowers and berries need some protection.
