What do Positive People Do?

They spend time with other positive people. They Sing, they dance, and the have a lot of fun!!

In the winter months, it is hard to stay on the positive side of life! You may need to really push yourself to stay healthy in the winter because it is easy to fall into the trap of — it is too cold, it is too dreary, I am going to stay at home and vegetate.  And that can bring out your negative inner soul!!!

What does love mean to you?

To me, love is something you share with a lot of people  in different ways.  In the book, A Minute for Your Health, author Stephanie Kong, MD, explains the many facets of loving and intimacy.

Dr.Kong believes that love and intimacy affect the quality of our lives, and our survival. Lonely people are much more likely to develop illnesses and die before their time.

There is healing with love.

Life is not all about black and white. There are some gray areas that you can work on right away. These gray areas are your belief system. Even if you do not totally believe that you can become a more positive person, you can help yourself to create a different belief system for yourself.
