Grateful

We all surround ourselves with others who make us complete

We all surround ourselves with others who make us complete

I am truly grateful for everyone who has come into my life.
The anger is gone replace by a peace and stillness forever; lying  in the past, tucked into a place of silence and clear as blue clarity running through it every so often to make sure that I feel good.

Where are your flaws?

At the flea market you will see the old right next to the new things; bringing out some of the flaws in life's adventures

Everyone has their flaws, and they may be centered in your many selves;  your mind, body or soulful ways.

Flaws may be extensive or really cute but they are there. Flaws may be very apparent to others, or not even noticed until you really get to know someone.

Your internal flawless ways

It would be very nice to have no flaws, no mistakes made, no bad things that you have done, but that is not the way being a human being is.

Look to autumn for change; internal change can bring goodness to your life

It is much easier to write about the good things that come to your life because it brings with it love and kindness; abundant qualities that flow like water from your soul with positive energy spreading through you onto others.

Sad times
But the sad times also need attention so that others can be guided with knowledge that may help them during their own personal down times.

Taking yourself back

If you feel lost and out of control it may be time to take yourself back

I take myself back to my childhood with biking. It is a wonderful way to de-stress

Dig down inside of yourself where there is kindness, love and caring, and begin to remember a time in your life when you were as shiny as a new penny.

Maybe it is the time when you were a  young child, looking for ways to learn about life. I found life in nature back then, and I am doing it again today. There is so much beauty in a bike ride anywhere!

Getting it out

Sometimes you just have to get things off of your chest

And if you keep things bottled up inside  too long, you may start to have some stress related issues from internalizing your difficulties. Many people who are stressed out all the time begin to have that fat around the middle which causes heart disease.

There is  much research on the topic of stress and how it can harm you. You may want to learn how to deal with your stress, anger and sadness in different ways. I use many alternative therapies that help me such as lavender aromatherapy when I  need some calming, acupressure points, yoga and meditation.
