Famous last words of many people with their eyes on hindsight. But looking back does help you because you can see the lessons that you learned and how you may be repeating things over and over in your life because you have not learned your lesson well enough.

No one wants to get older but the sooner you accept the aging process, the better you will feel.

As you age, you learn that the good things in life to eat are those fruits and veggies!

As you age, you learn that the good things in life to eat are those fruits and veggies!

Once you accept that things just are not the way they used to be in your mind and body, you will find that the bonus with aging is that your spirit continues to grow and become more refined.

You become that calm, centered person that you always wanted to be. The person who is wise, unshaken by bad news and loving life.

Brighten your day with some flowers

Flowers still bloom in the fall

Create some natural healing in your life

Allow yourself time to heal from the wounds of your life. Stop trying so hard to cure yourself from all of your troubles. Just let things be and see what happens to you in a few months. Stop focusing on what you need to do, and instead focus on ways to slow yourself down, calm yourself and relieve any stressful moments you are having right now. Allow yourself time to just think about things in life that you feel are unfortunate happenings and remember that you may not have any control over many of the happening s in your life, the good and the bad just happen and you have to accept that.
