Stop it and be happy

I don’t feel like a real person when I am depressed, and  something inside of me is trying to climb out and say,” stop it, I want to be happy.”

When you are depressed it is like playing a guitar but not hearing any sounds

He was always considered a strong person but inside he felt as if no one really knew him because he covered himself with a smile and a warm embrace every time you saw him.

Take a break and just gaze at the wonder of nature. It slows you down, and you can capture peace for the moment.

Slow Down, you move too fast!

There is so much information on the fact that you can slow just about everything down just by learning how to breathe better. Slowing down the rhythm of your breath can be so very helpful in many situations.
When it comes to stressful times, just being able to gather yourself, still, quiet and centered can be so very helpful.
These easy breathing techniques should be taught to very young children, and may even prevent such ailments as asthma because one learns how to slow down the breath and stay calm even when your body may be saying otherwise. Placing ones hands at your heart center and placing some pressure on the breastbone has also been found to help slow down the breath.

Just Be

I have been trying for years to become de-stressed.

There are many kinds of remedies, but I feel that the best ones are those that work for you. Your own special way of staying calm and centered in your daily life can be a life saver for you someday. In this hectic world, people just seem to strive on staying busy and creating their own stress!

My Special Moments are in Meditation

Rolls of pots catching the sunlight. Capturing someone's eyes and brightening the day.

Over and over again, the same negative thought… when will I learn to stay in the positive moment of life?

When I was a child, an art teacher taught me about patterns. Ever since then I have been amazed by any kind of pattern. Look at these pots, each one is painted differently. Different designs, different colors, but they are all stacked the same way, over and over again, just another pattern of life.

I love the color blue. It helps me to be calm and centered. Slows me down when I need it.

Learning about Color

Like aromatherapy, color therapy can be fun to learn about.

I enjoy colors.

I love to paint pictures using different colors, and I also love to look at the color blue, especially water scenes.
