Surrender and you will be free of pain and worry

When you let go and surrender yourself to whatever is going to happen in life, you become free of worry and pain. You are no longer sad or unhappy; you are in the groove of living. That place when the rubber meets the road; anchored in stability and inner strength; able to sort things out as you look through the screen of life allowing  things to pass that need to.

As you gaze through time past, you see that there is a reason to just be patient; waiting for things to pass; both the good and bad

There is a reason to be patient

Teary Times

Let it be good to cry

It is an emotional component that you have that really helps you to calm, center and bring self-love into your vision.

Allow brightness to shine through, and see the sunshine

Begin to develop a way about you that allows for tears to be good. Tears are a way for the body to shed some of the bad things and it may be an energizing experience if you cry in good times too.
Crying brings about an emotional component to your being that feels good to your mind, body and sprit. And if you are lucky enough to have a friend who does not mind your tears then you can purge as often as you need to.

When the doctor told Gloria that she had about 6 months to live she quickly figured it out to be 180 days and said, ” I want to go well beyond that 6 months but I am glad you are giving me a timeline because now I will buy a calendar and live a little better.” Gloria was 50 years old when she was told the bad news.

Hoping can help

Dreams and hopes do get you somewhere.

Grow some sage; it helps medicinally with many things such as memory and being calm as does lavender

There is much evidence on people who are hopeful, smile, act kindly and dream about better times.
You do literally drown yourself in tears if you stay there too long. There is not a official time on grief and sorrow but my nana thought so.

Grief and dying

And you thought they were mindless tasks

I always wondered why my mother swept the driveway when she could have used a blower to sweep the leaves away, and I wondered why she made so many blankets; sitting quietly not even watching her stitches.
They were not just mindless tasks; they were mindful.

When you are mindful, you think about nothing but your current focus; other distractions are let go of and you get back to your flow of the moment.
