If you ride on your emotions as I do, everything in life brings on a feeling just like the fairy tale The Princess and the Pea. No matter how many mattresses she slept on, she always felt the pea that was under the first mattress. They piled them high and she slept on the very top, but she could not sleep because of her sensitivity. The Princes  felt everything in life; the good and the bad. And these strong feelings kept her awake at night.

I find that the physical sense is a good place to start because it is what you see every morning when you get up; you do not see your emotions, spirit or mind; you may feel them but the physical is right there in front of you.

When I want to make some changes in my physical self, I always think of exercise. And this can be a problem for many people who do not want to join a gym or take an exercise class.

Yes, you are all about what you send to the universe. If you are kind, loving and caring that is what people will think when they remember you.

If you are angry, hateful and distrustful, that can also be your persona that others speak on.
What would you rather be remembered as?
If it is a kind, gentle person, then you better get started on how you are going to change yourself in order to be remembered with a smile.

Smile at a stranger today, saying hello and asking how their day is going.
Listen to your inner voice telling you to make  changes you need to make so that life becomes a simple way to exist without the headache of having too many things you do not need, or having too many errands that you really do not need to be doing. Leading a stressful life can be self-induced by adding too many things to your calendar. Pace yourself and begin a moderate way about yourself in everything, and then you will be smiling because you will not feel rushed about anything in life.
