Remembering the good

Everything in life first appears as black and white. But there are subtle differences where color comes through in pinks, blues, reds and yellows

“I remember thinking I would never get through it this time. Knowing that this was the final straw in life’s relationships for me. Too many times I have felt so much pain in my heart. I will never, ever be that open again to anyone, ” said Dee as a tiny tear surfaced rolling down her cheek, but it was only one tear and then as she wiped it away, she smiled.

“Do not forget what happened to you, but put it somewhere deep inside your soul so that good things can surface in your life,” said Gloria with a grin.
“I want to remember. The look back gives me help with changing what I do from this day forward. And every day is a new one to start over. Those memories from the past become my lessons on life and where to go from here,” said Dee.

Where are you going?

After the many troubles in life there has to be good coming through. No one can spend their life in misery; good overpowers the bad but you have to be patient and forgiving of yourself and others; striving toward your goals, and putting meaning into your life.

Sprinkle some love on yourself; like droplets of rain or tears that dry leaving you blessed and whole.

Sprinkle some love on others; causing them to return to you their softness and giving ways.
