Soft Pushes

Gloria said, ” Push past the pain of your past to a place where you can make those changes you need to make. Stand strong with a center that may sway a bit as the years pass you by, but your balance is still there holding you steady.”

Pole barns stand strong and steady for many years, sometimes leaning but the center pole keeps the balance

Go to that place right now and get into the world again; a silent place of warmth and blissful moments. Happy places where you are dancing andĀ singing at the top of your lungs.
Re-group and plan a strategy of what you need to change about yourself that will make your road easier to walk down.

Know that this place will have difficult and challenging events along the way but you are ready.

Smile at yourself, putting on that big grin. You have it is side of you; that internal push that brings on wellness in mind, body and spirit where you stand strong like a warrior.
Push yourself and feel your spiritĀ  give you a nudge even when you are struggling to take that next step, spirit silently moves you.

Soft but strong
Be creative with your soft pushes.
Do things that seem impossible but are not.
Develop a new expression of some old way to do something; thinking out of the box with some ideas that may not be so impossible after all.
