Let it be good to cry

It is an emotional component that you have that really helps you to calm, center and bring self-love into your vision.

Begin to develop a way about you that allows for tears to be good. Tears are a way for the body to shed some of the bad things and it may be an energizing experience if you cry in good times too.
Crying brings about an emotional component to your being that feels good to your mind, body and sprit. And if you are lucky enough to have a friend who does not mind your tears then you can purge as often as you need to.

If you are having some difficult times, put some hope into your teary eyes and remember that everything passes by.

The good and the bad are all the same things, just different components of your daily life. And when you come to grips with having some of those difficult times, you will begin to see that there are many more bright times than sad times in life, you just have to wait and allow things to unfold the way they are going to.

Sometimes you can change things in life by changing your perspective and attitude about the way things are, and sometimes no matter how hard you try, nothing changes and you have to wait for change because everything passes in the time it is supposed to.

Hope

Have as many hopeful moments as you can in life by creating a day where you think good thoughts about yourself and others, and you do some things that bring a smile to your face. And it does not have to be grand; it can be the little things like walking with a friend or calling someone you have not spoken to in a long time.

Whatever it is that brings hope back into your life, do it right now.
