Loving Animals

I have always had a great love for animals, especially cats and dogs, but recently since I moved, I have been near horses, and in the summertime I ride my bike or take a walk near some stables.

Every summer I have been trying to capture some close up pictures of these natural beauties.
Horses are so graceful, beautiful to look at and are very aware of your presence. The one in the picture is posing and talking to me as he gazes at me taking his picture.

It is a spiritual moment for me because I start to think about how important it is to realize that animals are a lot like humans. They crave socialization and love; and they want you to understand them.

When you begin to realize that it takes a lot of work in all kinds of relationships to make them loving, mutual and long lasting, you begin to realize that you may need to work hard,  but the benefits are amazing.

Finding your spirit

Getting my attention

Getting my attention

You can find your spirit spending time with animals. Inside of you is a voice that you may not be able to hear anymore than you understand what a horse is trying to tell you. But you can see it in the loving eyes of a family pet, or this horse in the picture. They know you are there, they want special time with you, and they tell you all about it with their expressions and loving ways.

And your spirit is the same way. It is deep down inside of you, trying to show you the way toward becoming a more spiritual being.
