Meditation: A Spiritual Tapestry

Like puzzle pieces, stones fit together, but unlike a puzzle, you can stack stones without having to fit them a certain way

Each day become stronger in your practice of meditation.

Be as strong as a tree in your conviction to follow through with your practice of meditation because it will help you so very much.

Start out with mindful breathing in and breathing out; concentration begins with the breath.  You become one with your breath, never deviating from the moment where you are breathing in and breathing out. Staying in the mindful moments of your stillness of mind, body and spirit.

Your Puzzle of Life

Begin to think of yourself moving through your puzzle of life with each piece fitting into peaceful moments, one after another. When you think of a puzzling time, let it go to the wind, dismissing the thought and moving back to your breathing in and breathing out.

Simplify yourself through your practice, remembering what truly matters to be doing in this moment. And get out of the  always doing something thoughts that keep coming into your mind.

Time will pass on whether you do everything on your list of life or not. Believe that even when you pass on, there will always be something that you did not do so let it be,  and go back to your peaceful moment right now.

Simply be…

Simple, pleasant sittings where you sit cross-legged with your palms up, taking in all the energy from the Universe.
You are planted, grounded and focused on your practice of this moment in time.

Taking not only one day at a time, but one moment at a time where you can feel your spirit becoming one with your many selves.

Spirit rises and falls with your breath, bringing joy, harmony and love into your inner being.

Come to this place deep within yourself every day of your life where you are calm, centered, grounded and balanced.

Daily practice will help you get to where you want to be.
