Trying Something New

For the new year, try something new.

More snow to keep us thinking.

More snow to keep us thinking.

Grab a camera, and take a walk. Who knows, you may become a great photographer!

It can be anything that you have not done before, or it can be an improvement on something you may have not done well with before, and you are going to improve.

I have heard many times that nothing invented is ever new- it is all about improvement.

And we all know that self-improvement is the number one thing to do these days!

My new thing is to concentrate on one thing at a time.

I believe that I branch out too much, trying too many different things, and then most of my attempts do not turn out well.

When it snows in Buffalo, we may become housebound. So get out there before the next snowfall before you get cabin fever as I have~

This time I am  into improvement!

In the past, my  self -improvement plans have done well for me.

I have lost weight, brought down my blood pressure, and have found many ways to decrease my stress. This time I will concentrate on improving my artistic inner self. I have tried many mediums, and today I am concentrating on making jewelry, and healing items that support my mind, body and soul.

This is not new for me, but the new part is to  help others with their healing too.

If you are reading this, you can start with a yoga breath.

The yoga breath is my strength. It helps me, and others to get in touch with the spiritual side of life.

Breathe in harmony… breathe out discontent!

Breathe in love… breath out anger. Breathe in caring… breathe out apathy.

Try a few of these yoga breathing exercises and concentrate just on your breathing just for a moment in time!

And begin the new year with some new challenges!
