Listen to the Soft Sounds of Healing

There is wonder in reflections of the past, present and future living. But take time in the here and now of things.

There is wonder in reflections of the past, present and future living. But take time in the here and now of things.

When you feel the need to grieve, take time in the present moment to see things clearly. You may need to cry, be sorrowful and full of pain, but allow it to pass each day so that you can have some peace too.

Grieving can take a long time, so you really need to take time for the pleasures in life too. Do not hasten the grief, it has to linger as long as you need it too, but live life in between the tears with some harmony.

Listen to your spirit

If you listen closely, you will hear the soft sounds of spirit.

Movement and dancing leaves in the fall will not escape your gaze.

And if it  is hard to refocus on the present moment as you walk and look at the beauty, take your time.

The spirit inside of you  awaits your call.

You know deep inside of yourself what you really need.

And you will find comfort in knowing that those tiny noises  you are hearing when the orange and yellow leaves slide by your sight are part of the peace you are receiving in spirit.

So listen very closely as you gaze at the beauty before you. You will hear what you need to hear, and it will become clearer to you as you concentrate on what is important in your life.

Take time today to be just with yourself, alone, seeking whatever you need to get you through the day.

Help your thoughts  guide you to a place that gives you comfort and peace.

And teach others how to do the same. Finding wonder, listening closely and gathering your spirit guides to help you see clearly what your purpose is in life, allowing for some healing time.
