Dabble In Something New

When you think about it,  you may need to add a new aspect to your life. Life can become boring without some interesting things to do.

I find that about once a year, I am trying something new. Some things are more challenging than others, but I like to keep myself in shape mentally, and I believe that doing something that you find challenging can be the ticket to a healthier you.

Mental games are fun. Some people dabble in games on the computer, and you can get a little obsessed with the computer, so watch yourself.

Others dabble outdoors, fixing cars, exercising more, trying a new sport.

Make today your day to dabble in something.

Make it your new hobby. Try something that you have been wanting to do.

My latest thing is making jewelry. I did it years ago, and I am not sure why I am dabbling again, but it is fun. So far I gave away a lot of things. My other dabble is taking pictures. I love to be behind a camera, and I have gotten better at it through the years. But I don’t think I will ever be a photographer.

Some peoples’ dabbles become a business. Where do you think Bill Gates started?  We all have the ability to be brilliant at something. What is your strength?

If you put some concentration into your strengths and challenge yourself to a task, you may find that your dabbles become enlightening to you.
