Try some green gazing!
I know exactly when I am on overload, and in need of a meditative walk, but today, I could not believe my eyes! Everything is so green this year. Due to some extra rain, everything is so beautiful.

In New York, I believe that we may appreciate the greenest because it is so gray during the winter months. Our winters  lack the sunshine we need to stay healthy and well. May of us develop Seasonal Affective Disorder and feel depressed during the winter months. Some extra vitamin D may help along with a mood light. You can also check with your doctor for more information on Vitamins and light therapy help.

In the spring of things!

During the spring, summer and fall months, I look out the window, and  if there is sunshine I want to get right out there and soak in into my soul!

It is amazing what walking in the sunlight does for you. It not only lifts your mood and makes you feel better physically, you get to look at all the wonders of nature when you are outdoors.

The reds, purples and greens of summer! Perfect, they look soft and wonderful.

Looking at your true nature; your mind, body and soul
When you start to realized that your mental self is truly part of your physical and spiritual self, you can then feed all of them so that you stay in balance for the day, and for the rest of your life.
I feed my physical self walking in  the sunlight, early in the morning.

Gazing at the dewy grass, finding pleasure in hearing the birds sing, I mindfully fill my heart with wonder.

More Pleasure
You can find pleasure for your mental self in doing some reading on a topic of interest, and  jotting down some salient points in the material. Learn something new and pass it forward to others.

You can find spiritual pleasure by really getting in touch with nature through a walk in the woods. Follow your path today and feel good about yourself.
