Finding Your Way Through Some Self Healing

 

When I planning on a de-stressing time, I believe that a water scene helps me the most. Looking at or physically being in water is so very soothing.

In the later years of your life you will begin to find your way toward goals that you never thought were possible if you plan well now.

Mine main goal has always been to stay as healthy as I can because I want to be walking upright and pain free to the end of my life.

I believe that it is a good idea to start now with this kind of plan because in order to be standing straight and tall, you may need to be flexible, taking care of your bones through weight bearing exercises and making sure that you go for the preventative testing such as bone density so that you know where you are.

Self-Healing

Self healing means that you use some of your own volition to make sure that thing get nipped right away. Even the small things such as a cold require that you get enough rest and drink a lot of fluids.

On the larger scale related to your mental health, you are there for yourself. Your inner being knows when it has had enough stress and works on some healing techniques such as daily meditation or meditative type poses in yoga. You also have a great collection of relaxation tapes and soft music plays in your home when you need it, and even when you do not.

Find your way

Find ways to separate your mind, body and soul and give each a healing session.  In order to experience balance, you need to bring a centering, grounding moment to your daily life.

Mind Healing

Your mind responds well to some talk with a good friend. You begin to sort those difficult things in life out with someone who cares about you.

Body Healing

Your body needs some self -healing methods daily. My favorite is riding a bike. Through the many movements your body has to make, you can reach all of your muscles. Swimming is another example. Each area of your body, from head to toe benefits from swimming.

Soul Healing

Your soul needs some comfort every single day of your life. Comfort it with some inspiring readings. Pick up a book entitled- On Being Positive Today. I am sure you can find a book with that title! Also read positive quotes because they are so very motivating. I post them everywhere that I go because you can inspire others while you are inspiring yourself.
