Light Salad Mix

For the spring, I love to bring some light salads into the mix.

Here is an easy recipe using some slaw mix.
Add 2 Apples, chopped with peel onto  a slaw mix. ( Slaw mix at the market has chopped carrots with red and white cabbage).

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Sprinkle with some cilantro and fresh basil, chopped finely.

If you like it spicy, add 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
