Time To Give Back

Find someone to help. It will help you.

Find someone to help. It will help you.

Paying it Forward

I believe that we all need to give back.

At times it is easier to just sit back, comment, and do nothing.

We all know that there are many things that are not perfect in life. We would like to think that everyone is happy and able to take care of themselves, but this wishful thinking is not good for us.

Sometimes we just need to pitch in, and help out a friend, or someone we do not even know. When we pay it forward, we become a better person who wants to help, and this is returned to us. Maybe not immediately, but the gift will be returned.

The Law of Karma

In Dr. Deepak Chopra’s book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, number 3 is The Law of Karma, or as some call it- the law of cause and effect. When you do something good, this ripple effect can go on and on, causing more good things to happen for others and ourselves.

Every time we do something good, and bring happiness and success to others~~it returns to us in happiness and success. “What we sow is what we reap.”

On Being a good deed doer

Our good deeds, our good thoughts, our good words- create goodness for others. If we want to create happiness for ourselves, we can do it by creating happiness for others. Just think about how good you feel after helping someone. You get a special energy throughout your entire mind, body and soul that fills you will love.

Giving up Selfishness

When you begin to think of others first, instead of yourself, good thingsĀ  come. We are all connected like a thread through the Universe, one person connected to the next. When we give up what we have, we gain so much more because we are all apart of the greatness of life.

Stop thinking that you are alone in your quest toward living life well, and understand that you are connected to others. Always act in the benefit of the whole, and good things will come your way.

How do we let go and give back?

There is wisdom in theĀ  Feminine or Yin paradoxes: From the Tao of Leadership

When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.

By yielding, I endure.

The empty space is filled.

When I give of myself, I become more,

When I feel most destroyed, I am about to grow.

When I desire nothing, a great deal comes to me p. (43)

When you become self-less and begin to care for others by giving back, you are rewarded.
