Stop Taking it so Personally!

 

We go through life holding grudges and taking things personally when people criticize us.That is not ok!  You need to give it up and let it be.

Remember that our world is unfolding as it should. You cannot change everything that you want to change about your life. Remember the Serenity Prayer often, it can help with things we hang on to for too long.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

Courage to change the things I can

And Wisdom to know the difference

Some other points:

1. Stay calm, even when it is difficult to do so

2. Whether it is clear or not- things are going to happen to you that are not always nice

3. Sometimes you have to be patient- there is peace in silence. Be silent each day. Learn to meditate. It helps

4.Experience your individual sense of joy. What does it mean to you?

5. Remeber that your life should have some joy in it. Joyful moments, joyful relationships.

6. Put a smile on your face and live each day on this earth as if it was your last day!

7. Yoga can calm you down. Learn to do child’s pose and downward dog daily.

8. Give up sugar and potato chips!
