Grilled Tempeh with Barbacue Sauce

In the summertime, I love to grill. I tried Tempeh grilled a few days ago. Soy Tempeh is an organic grain that you can visit on a website called

It needs to be refrigerated and its ingredients: soy beans, filtered water, apple cider vinegar and tempeh culture.

It is a power food that has 17 grams of soy in the package that I recently purchased, and I have seen it with 22 grams. The calories per serving are 160, therefore it has more power than any protein bar I can find.

Grilled Tempeh

Cut a package of tempeh into 2 cubes and marinate in 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce anad 2 tablespoons prepared barbecue sauce for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Cook for about 5 minutes each side.

Serve with some grains such as quinoa added to some spinach and you have a great meal.
