Easy Summer Salad Dressing

In the summer, I like some light dressings for my lettuce salads. You can also use this recipe on other salads if you like the taste!

Here is the recipe:

1/4 cup of brown spicy mustard

1 teaspoon   agave or honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh – 1 clove crushed

1/4 cup vinegar of your choice – I love balsamic

Mix and cool in the refrigerator for at least hour before using. Very low in calories!

If you like thicker dressings- add more mustard.

You may like to try it first. I made some last week for my salad and the agave made it nice and sweet. Mustard can be a good thing!
