>Some Whole meals

>Here is a simple meal that I put together that is packed with protein and nutrition, and it is great tasting and looking.
Ingredients
3 oz tofu, firm
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 garbanzo beans
1/2 cup onions cubed
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup carrots and corn ( I used frozen, but fresh is better!)
1/2 cup fennel ( I used one stalk of a fennel sliced thick)

I love to start with a teaspoon of olive oil in a deep skillet so that I can add many greens!
Simmer a clove of crushed garlic for 1-2 minutes, add mushrooms, carrots, onions and 1/2 cup garbanzo beans. Simmer for about 5 minutes covered
Crush some tofu  into small chunks ( about 3 oz) add,  fennel and simmer 5 more minutes covered, and toast a small wrap.
Remember that curry is spicy, and add a yellow hue to your foods which is delicious!

The entrie recipe is 9 pts weight watchers and 240 calories
