If you really want to take better care of yourself, learn how to breathe and stretch better.

There is reason to believe that people who are in better shape both physically and mentally, know how to control the breath.
A simple breathing tip. Remember to breathe from your diaphragm. When you inhale, try to open your throat too. Breathe deeply and count, 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5, 6 , and then hold for a second and breathe out even longer- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
It takes some time to learn this technique but it is a great first step toward not only giving you more breath, but calming you down. When you learn how to breath better, you feel better.
On stretching:
When you learn how to stretch such as in yoga postures, you become straighter. You posture becomes better along with your balance ( in mind and body).
So stretch and breathe!
Another tip is to exercise your feet for better balance. I just stated in another posting that you should pick up marbles with your toes. You should also do other feet exercises such as rotating, flexing and extension. Balancing on your toes and back to your heels. These all help with your balance.
