>Simple Meals with Tofu

>If you don’t like tofu, try it with some veggies and grains.
3 oz tofu ( firm ) Crumbled
1 cup frozen spinach or fresh
1/2 cup grains ( I used whole wheat grain that I cooked ahead of time)
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup onions
1 clove garlic chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
I use cooking spray to start my veggies and crumbles. Cook for about 5 minutes, and then add the mushrooms, garlic and onions. Cook another 5 minutes.

Eat alone or use 1/2 wrap to make a light lunch.

Weight Watcher points: 1/2 wrap 2 pts, 3 oz tofu 1 pt., 1/4 cup grains 4 pts.
