>Walking for Silence

Every day I try my best to get outside and walk, no matter what.  I take pictures along the way to share.
This meditative walk is the best part of my day, because I can be mindful of my surroundings, but my thoughts are clear of distressful moments that I do not want to ponder on. So I clear my mind to hold onto the beauty  in nature.
