Your direction in life will be clear when you begin to recognize that maybe your present direction is self-defeating!
How are you presently nourishing yourself, not just what you eat- but how you feed your soul!!
Did you take time out from your busy life to help anyone today?
If not- there is still some time in the present.
So if your past roles in life have been spent with ways to help yourself– try helping someone else and then you will be more at ease with yourself.

So get out of that negative attitude that flows through you at times- and begin to tell yourself that you need to be more positive about life and your direction in the present.

After all- we only do live once, we need to take special care of ourselves (and others)
in mind, body and spirit!
