>Time for Change

>It is getting close to the new year, and it may be time for all of us to think of the changes we would like to make in life.
I try not to make resolutions because they do not seem to work for me, but what I do try is to write down a few things that I might be struggling with.

Take some time to make your list of things  that may become your goals for the year, and see if you can attain them!
Think positive when you make your list:
An example might be:
Finding ways to keep my weight down this winter:
1. Exercise more vigorously
2. Eat less sweets
3. Find a friend who will take long walks with me!
