>There is power in clearing your head. Around here when winter is coming people tend to stay indoors but they should not.
Get outside, even if the weather is chilly!
It will do you some good.
Fresh air is something that we all need daily to rejuvenate our minds and bodies. Exercise is very important, especially in the winter when the days are shorter, and you may feel like just crawling under a blanket and watching TV!!

So get out there with your fellow neighbors, you may run into someone you have not seen in some time.
