Expressing your wishes and desires consistently can be an effective communication tool that you need on the job and in your relationships.
Social support also helps: Stress can be less stressful when you have friends to share your difficulties with. Speaking out about problems and good happenings can help you to be less stressed during the holidays.
So meet your friend for coffee, take a long walk, or plan a trip!

Stressful times may need to be talked about to help you solve some difficulites.
