>Letting go of your past

>It is the time of year when people seem to dwell on their past. During the holidays many people want to set goals and attain them before the new year even begins.
 It is good to have goals, and trying to solve some of your past difficulties sounds like a good idea, but you also need to let go and let it happen. Put it out there, and then be done with it. They say that we get what we need, not what we want!!

Dwelling on difficulties does not help with getting them solved.

Let the new year inspire you to do creative things. Develop a new skill, take a class on a topic that has always interested you, or volunteer somewhere where you can do some good.
