Some herbal treatments for women:

1. Black Cohosh:  Natural hormone.
Research has shown that Black Cohosh helps ease hot flashes. It may be an alternative to estrogen-replacement therapy.
In addition, research has been positive with the used of Black Cohosh in the treatment of PMS, menstrual cramps and emotional problems associated with menopause.
2. Calendula: Nature’s Band-Aid
This herb reduces inflammation and helps to heal wounds.  It also has been shown to be effective against staphylococcus germs.
It can be applied to the skin in the form of ointments or infusions.
3. Chamomile: Tension and Stomach
This is a popular herb and well regarded for its healing benefits. Chamomile has been extensively studied and is an effective remedy for stomach aches and other gastrointestinal upsets.
In Germany, Chamomile has been shown to be safe and effective for treating skin problems, topical bacterial infections and bronchial irritations.
