>Get out there and Exercise

>It is a new year, so it is time for some challenges in your life. Try a new exercise routine. Instead of walking, jog! Instead of going to a gym, go outside and get some fresh air.
I know that if you live in a cold climate, the fresh air thing might feel like too much, but you only have to be in the cold for a few minutes- do not over-do things!
Start out slow and add new things to your routine.
Begin to create options for yourself. I have some exercise equipment in my basement for times when the weather is too bad for a walk.
