>1. First of all, remember what Christmas and the holiday season is about. It is about love, caring and taking care of each other.
2. Chill out some time during the day today- take a break from the last minute errands you may be doing and just listen to the sounds of silence!
3. Find peace within yourself. Know that the holiday season can bring about stress, and find ways to deal with some of  the stress!
For examples: Exercise a bit more. Take a long walk. Do something different that involves exercise such as Ice skating!
4. Call a friend you have not seen in awhile, and get together
5. Do something special for someone you do not know. There are people out there who are not going to have a Merry Christmas.
