>The verdict is out! The best diet for healthy living is one that is mostly fruits and veggies. People need to change their diet to one that is healthy. No more processed foods- food colorings, carbonated beverages. There is evidence that carbonated beverages can hurt your bones!
So turn you life into one that slowly gets rid of those bad things!
Try to eliminate them one at a time so that you do not feel deprived. Recently I eliminated diet pop! Have not had any for about 6 months.
I eliminated processed foods about 2 years ago, and began buying more fresh fruits and veggies.

So eat your  fruit and veggies if you want to stay healthy! It is true that an apple a day keeps the doctor away!!!
