>Her is a good  saying by Gayle Reichler on staying healthy. She calls it PEACE.
P= Pause and take a few breaths- often
E= Experience the moment ( and have many of them)
A= Acknowledge your thoughts and feelings ( tell people how you feel- do not hide from feelings)
C= Choose what you feel is the best for you to do
E= Enjoy your choices ( Make the best out of the decisions that you make)
Enjoy each day as if it were your last!

This is so good to remember, especially when you have a decision to make!
