>New Ways to Exercise

>During this winter season you may need to find new exercise ideas to keep you from gaining any weight. It is very important to plan!
Doing things with family and friends can be helpful.  There is much research on the fact that exercising with a friend, such as walking or jogging together- or having someone to go to the gym with can keep the pounds away!
So get together and plan for the winter months. My plan is in my basement. On very wintry days when I cannot get to the gym or go outside, I spend time on my treadmill and elliptical that is in the basement with a TV in front!!
Start planning for your winter days!!
