>There is so much help out there on how to be more positive. But if you think it through, the best answer is positive action.
Put all those good thoughts ( as you get rid of the bad ones) into action by doing something that really proves that you have changed your attitude.
Remember that positive thoughts and feeling can lead to positive actions when you actually do something good!
One of my  attempts at doing something extremely positive has been inventing this blog. If you have not noticed, I post a daily note for my fans!!
I have also volunteered for a few things such as helping people find ways to lose weight.
A recent positive action has been my attempt at photography, something that I always wanted to do, and I am really proud of my picture which I hope you enjoy.
So think of something positive that you can do today- and do it!!
