>Reflections on the positive

There is truth in the positive. There is evidence that optimistic people stay well and live longer, therefore we should try our best to put positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors into our lives.
There is power in the postive, and you cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought, the title of a book by  John-Roger and Peter Mc Williams. So do things that make you happy. Whatever it is – as long as it doesn’t hurt you or others- just do it.
Some people believe that happiness just happens, but happiness has a better chance of happening in situations that you generally find joyful.
Make a list of the things you enjoy doing, and do these things often. Actively pursuing happiness may be the same thing as actively pursuing healthly living.
