>Writing things down about yourself can be a very good way to increase your motivation to make postivie changes in your life.
As Shakti Gawain in Creative Visualization states: Writing positive affirmations about yourself and your goals can be a very powerful tool. Begin to think about some positive things about yourself to counteract those negative fears and beliefs. Write them down- and review them regularly.
Examples: I am a beautiful person who helps others. I feel and look good because I take care of my mind, body and spirit!
