>2 Ripe avocados
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium tomato chopped in 1/4 inch pieces
garnish with fresh cilantro

Cut avocados in half and remove pit

Scoop avocado into a medium bowl and mash with a potato masher
Next- stir in onion, along with garlic and tomato. If not using immediately
cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for no more than a few hours
Calories per serving: 120cal
