>Staying Well: Basil Veggie Spread

>Finely chop
1/2 cup of basil and 1 cup of spinach (frozen or fresh) 1 clove garlic

Cook all ingredients in 1 teaspoon olive oil on low temperature for about 2 minutes
Let cool, and add  2 more tablespoons of olive oil and mix well
Put in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Serve warm on whole wheat toast.
